Aosta airport transfer

Aosta Airport , also called Corrado Gex airport (AOT), is situated in the extreme north-west of Italy, right next to several ski resorts. There are two companies that provide flights from and to Aosta: Air Vallée and HELOPS. Both do the same route, which is Aosta/Rome. There are over six domestic flights per week from Aosta, all of them connecting the place to Rome – Italy. Air Vallée has two daily flights from Aosta to Rome. The place is amazingly beautiful and one can experience an unforgettable sensation when flying among the highest mountains in Europe.

The airport is a quick gateway to all ski resorts in the region and services that provide airport transfer from and to Aosta are also available. The airport is just outside Aosta, in the centre of Aosta Valley. It is located at the east side of the town, at a 2 km distance from the town centre in the “Valle d’Aosta”, which is situated at the Southern side of Mont Blanc. The French border is to the west and the Swiss border to the east. Another good ski resort to visit is Pila, which is situated only a few km of distance of Aosta Airport.

  SKI TRANSFER REQUEST
Aosta airport transfer is an alternative for French ski resorts since the Mont Blanc Tunnel has re-opened. There are also alternative choices to get transfer to Aosta. This beautiful valley can be reached from Turin Caselle International Airport (the transfer takes approximately 1 hour) in Turin - Italy, from Geneva Airport (the transfer would take about one and a half hour) in Geneva – Switzerland, and from Milan-Malpensa International Airport (which would take about 1 and a half hour) in Milan – Italy. The following are alternate cities to get to Aosta as well: Lyon – France, Berne – Switzerland, Chambery – France, Cuneo – Italy, Annecy – France, and Lugano – Switzerland.

It is possible to get to most ski resorts by bus or taxi instead of a private Aosta airport transfer. But for groups of 3 or more it is often best to arrange a ski transfer Aosta in advance with one of the Aosta airport transfer operators. Booking a private Aosta airport transfer will allow you to start you holiday without the stress of getting to the bus stations and paying expensive taxi fares.
