Ski-transfers.com does not operate a transfer fleet and
does not provide any transfers. Ski-transfers.com is operating
this website to provide transfer seekers quotes from transfer
operators and to provide transfer operators transfer requests
from transfer seekers.
BOOKINGS.
Ski-transfers.com does not take any bookings for ski transfers.
The transfer booking process is handled outside our website,
directly between ski transfer seekers and ski transfer
operators, once a ski transfer quote has been accepted.
The booking process and all resulting commitments are
not responsibility of ski-transfers.
TRANSFER OPERATORS.
Ski-transfer.com does not take any responsibility for
information published or service delivered for any of
the Transfer Operators listed on this site. Ski-transfers
have no influence over individual ski transfer operator
profiles listed, nor does Ski-tansfers.com have any influence
on individual transfer operator performance or service.
TRANSFER
OPERATOR LICENSES.
Transfer operators licenses held are the responsibility
of Transfer Operators and not the responsibility of Ski-transfers.com.
It is the responsibility of transfer seekers and users
of this website to clarify the operator license status
before accepting a transfer quote. Transfer
Operators are not allowed to participate on ski-transfers.com
unless they hold a valid license for the country they
operate in. The license must include arrival and departure
airport and ski resort destination. Any operator found
participating in ski-transfers.com without valid license
will be reported to the authorities.
TRANSFER PRICES & QUOTES.
Ski-transfer.com does not have any influence on transfer
prices and transfer quotes submitted. Quotes made are
fully the responsibility of the Transfer Operators registered
on the system.
LIABILITY.
We will not be under any liability to you or third parties
for any loss or damage arising from breach of contract,
negligence, misrepresentation or otherwise. Your transfer
is booked outside our system and we can not be held responsible
for any liabilities.
INFORMATION
PROTECTION.
Ski-transfers.com is committed to protecting your personal
details. Your transfer details and contact details will
only passed on to the transfer operator whose quote has
been accepted by you. None of your information will be
passed on to any third party.
ADVERTISERS INFORMATION.
It is transfer operators responsibility to ensure that
the information provided is accurate, legal and decent
and complies with English law. It is the property owner's
responsibility to ensure that the information they supply
does dot breach any copyright or trademark. Ski-transfers.com
will not be help responsible for any such breaches.
