Add accurate number of Vans, Cars and Busses including min. and max. capacity as the system uses these figures to calculate your total capability. |
| Comfort level: |
Always register for all three comfort level as users often leave the default 'budget' when making a transfer request even so they have no preference. Press 'control' on your keyboard and you can make multiple selections with your mouse. |
| Operational Period: |
Select
either dates 'from' to 'to' or tick box for all year operation.
Please note you get only enquiries for the period selected.
If in doupt, please select a longer period or all year operation. |
| Operator License: |
Make sure you list all license details, transfer seekers will assume that you have no license if you don't provide any details. This could loose you ski transfer business. |
| Contact Details: |
Provide all contact details. As soon as your quote has been accepted the transfer seeker will receive all your contact details to arrange payments and confirm booking. Wrong or missing contact details could loose you ski transfer business. |
| Transfer Request: |
After log-in you see a summary of all transfer requests. You can immediately delete all requests which you are not interested in without looking at the details. |
| Quoting a Price: |
Always quote a price as soon as you receive the notification email. Customers value a quick response. You can override existing quote at any time by making a new quote for the same transfer request. |
| Value Add: |
Always include the number of people the quote includes, always quote for total price of return journey unless request is for one-way transfer. Always offer the highest comfort level at the lowest price |
| Comments: |
Use the comment box to market your company. Include any value add you are offering, any special service, company track record etc. but don't make comment box more than 60 - 80 words otherwise users won't read them. Prepare a comment box template which you can cut & paste into the comment box for each quote. |
| Quote acceptance: |
You will get a email notification as soon a customer accepted your quote. The notification will contain all contact details so you can complete the transfer booking and make payment arrangements |
| Quote Status: |
'New' = no quotes yet against this request, 'Open' = you or other transfer operators have made a quote, 'Accepted' = your transfer quote has been accepted, 'Lost' = another transfer operator has had his quote accepted, 'Canceled' = transfer seeker has canceled the transfer request. |
