    Some Facts about Arabba

    Arabba is a popular and picturesque ski resort in the Veneto region of Northern Italy. It is popular with skiers of all levels of experience. The resort is situated high in the mountains and offers superb Alpine views. It is close to a partner resort, Sella Ronda. Skiing off-piste is plentiful and exciting. There are a number of hotels in the town and guest houses for those on a budget. Chalets can be rented in the region. The surrounding area is home to many mountain passes that are excellent for exploring. Arabba has a number of restaurants and bars for après-ski entertainment.

    From which airport can I reach Arabba?

    The most convenient airport to reach Arabba is Venice, which is a one to two hour transfer to Arabba. Munich, Innsbruck, Bergamo, Brescia, Treviso and Milan are also options for Arabba but transfer time can be well over three hours during peak travel time. Please note if you fly into Innsbruck or Munich airport you will have to travel via Brenner Pass which might increase you transfer fees. We strongly recommend you use airport transfers from all of the airports listed. This is the most cost-effective and direct way to get to the resort. There is also the option of car hire from any of the above airports.

    Is there public transport to Arabba?

    Public transport is certainly an option for getting to Arabba, but there are limitations. There is no direct rail link to the resort, so changes between bus and train will be necessary. This means longer than usual journey times. If you do choose to use the public transport network, the following information may be of help to you:

    There is a direct bus from Venice and it takes about 4 hours to get to the resort. If you are travelling from Innsbruck or Munich as well as Verona you will have to change trains and buses several times and the journey may take about 5 to 6 hours.

    Advice on Transportation to Arabba

    As you can see from the above the journey times by public transport to Arabba are lengthy. For this reason we strongly recommend you consider airport transfers. You will benefit from a direct journey by road and the quickest possible journey. You will also be travelling in comfort. Airport transfers are also the most cost effective method of getting to and from Arabba.
