Lech is an exclusive ski resort that makes up part of the Silvretta ski area. It is based around the mountain village of Lech on the banks of the river Lech. Lech is regarded as one of the world’s most important and best ski resorts and offers slopes for all levels of experiences. Its black runs are particularly revered. The area has been well developed as a ski centre and is served by an efficient network of ski lifts, and offers connections to a number of neighbouring resorts. There are plenty hotels and restaurants in and around the town itself, and a lively après-ski scene is much enjoyed.
