Espace Diamant – which translates literally as the Diamond Space – is a living gem for skiers of all levels. The area is massive and incorporates an array of resorts, which include Cohennoz, Flumet and of course, Les Saisies. At Les Saisies you’ll find no less than 40 pistes and an incredible 80km of cross country ski trails you’ll never get tired of. The area is also famous for offering some of the very best and most varied off-piste activities all year-round. So even if the world-class skiing and boarding doesn’t do it for you, chances are the hiking, horseback riding, canyoning and paragliding will!
The closest of all the airports in the region of Les Saises is Chambery, which at little more than an hour’s drive away is the ideal hub to head to for shorter breaks. That being said, there’s a full half dozen airports in total that are less than two hours away from all the action of Les Saisies and Espace Diamant, so chances are no matter where you’re heading in from in Europe you won’t be far-off! Of course, the busier airports can become hugely congested during the peak ski seasons so it’s always worth factoring in others that could be cheaper and less time-consuming to traverse.
We offer resort transfer guides to be used as estimates only – it only takes the freakiest of snowstorms to really put a curb on your plans if you don’t allow enough time! Always exercise caution when you’re in and around the Alps, ensuring you book with a reputed transfer provider.
Getting to Les Saisies by way of public transport is possible, but doesn’t come too highly recommended. You’ll either have to get yourself to Albertville or Megeve from your arrival airport which can cost a fair whack by taxi, in order to then get the 90-minute bus to Les Saisies.
It’s a proven fact that you’ll always save a ton of time and money booking ahead with one of our door-to-door airport transfer services where your place and satisfaction are guaranteed.
