Shuttle services are offered by many places of accommodation (hotels, apartments, hostels, etc) or you can arrange transfer by an individual taxi. Be aware, it requires reservation in advance.
You can either choose the Intercity train and go till St. Johann in Pongau. The Westbahn goes from Vienna through Salzburg to Sankt Johann or from Munich via Salzburg to Sankt Johann. Via A 10 - Tauern motorway, exit at Pongau, then on the B 311 - Pinzgauer Bundesstrasse, via Bischofshofen about 5 km to Sankt Johann-Alpendorf.
